Apply To Be One Of Our Employer Or Employee Benefits Providers

Does your business have a product or a service that could benefit Chamber members and their employees?

We are in the process of expanding our membership packages to offer additional benefits and increase member-to-member referrals. As part of this, we’re asking businesses in the chamber network if they would like to provide discounts on their products or services to their fellow members.

If you choose to make one of these offers, then in return you will receive additional marketing opportunities, such as: inclusion in a dedicated area on the Chamber website; references in our email newsletters (which goes out to approximately 4,000 recipients) and inclusion in social media posts (reaching over 25,000 followers). Our team will also promote your services to our existing Chamber members and any potential ones in the future.

We have nearly 800 local businesses currently within our network, and these businesses are made up of tens of thousands of employees who might benefit from your products or services.

To offer your services, please download the relevant application form (see below) and return to lhemstock@doncaster-chamber.co.uk by no later than the 29th February 2024

Employer Benefits

Package to Include:

  • Opportunity to bring an exhibition stand (pull up banners and marketing collateral) to 2 Chamber events per year. (Event to be decided by the Chamber)
  • Offer to be referenced on Chamber website
  • Reference of businesses
  • Business to receive a PDF list of all Chamber members with generic email addresses each quarter
  • Meeting with Chamber membership team to discuss how they can help promote the offer to new and existing members
  • Inclusion in Chamber newsletter twice per year
  • Personalised introductions to members

Terms and Conditions:

  • Businesses must commit to honouring the offer for a minimum of 12 months (to be reviewed at the end of that period)
  • Businesses must, at minimum, be at our gold level of membership and not a debtor (with the exception of British Chamber of Commerce Affinity Partners)
  • The Chamber has the right to refuse any employer offer or terminate any offer at any time
  • The business must not ‘blanket email’ Chamber members with their offer
  • The business must provide the Chamber with relevant marketing collateral, which must be approved by the Chamber before shared
  • A commission structure must be agreed upon with the Chamber
  • The offer must be unique for Chamber members (not available through any other means)
  • Offers will need to be reviewed by the Chamber and selected for inclusion via our board committee.
