Katrina Hill explains how Concorde BGW's apprenticeships are the driving force behind the interior construction contractor's great service.
"Providing apprenticeship opportunities is great for shaping people and teaching them everything they need to know about the business. The most essential part of all our roles at Concorde is that people have the right skills to do their job well and this only comes with knowledge and experience of the company. We find that apprentices, due to their willingness and need to experience all parts of the business have valuable knowledge that others may not.

"The group have also upskilled many team members, bought in entirely new roles through Apprenticeships and provided training for everyone so they can gain additional qualifications and skills.
