Doncaster business survey supports local charityFebruary 27, 2019The latest Doncaster Business Insight Survey is now open and for every one completed by a business with a DN postcode, Doncaster Chamber will donate £1 to Active Fusion.
Active Fusion is a Doncaster charity helping young people to develop a love for being active by unlocking their potential and creating positive habits for life. Over the last year they have worked with over 23,000 young people to 'be the best they can be'; making a positive impact on both their physical and mental health.
“The team at Active Fusion are delighted that the Doncaster Business Insight Survey has chosen to support us,” says Lindsy James, Director at Active Fusion.
“I am proud of the work our team does to develop the lives of children and provide professional development for schools. I feel fortunate to have a dedicated team of young professional people who have grown so much within our organisation – making a positive change that will last a lifetime.”
Active Fusion delivers coaching in schools, runs inter-school competitions and holiday camps, provides training for teachers in the delivery of Physical Education, and provides apprenticeship and volunteering opportunities for young adults to help them to develop their employability and experience.
The Doncaster Business Insight Survey, run by Doncaster Chamber in association with Doncaster Council and sponsored by ProAktive, gains a snapshot of business sentiment on current issues that impact on the local economy. The questions this quarter include hot topic themes including local supply chains, international trade and apprenticeships.
It’s quick and easy to complete online and the data will be used to address business needs, influence key decision-makers and ensure things get done.
