cHRysos HR Solutions were delighted to congratulate Leicester County Council employee, Katie Harris, when she was recently awarded her apprenticeship with distinction.Katie began the apprenticeship training programme with cHRysos HR back in October 2017 and was delighted to learn that after completing the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship, she had achieved a distinction in her final overall assessment. During her time as an apprentice at Leicester County Council, Katie also completed the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.
Katie started her training at cHRysos at the same time as 2 colleagues; she is the first to complete with the others expected to follow closely behind. cHRysos HR provided a series of Masterclasses covering each element of a management and leadership role, which Katie and her colleagues attended. Katie has also been supported during her time "learning in the workplace" by a Skills Coach, whose role was to help her make good progress, to identify opportunities to learn in the workplace and ensure that she had the support she needed to successfully complete the programme.
Sheila Moore, Director, Service Delivery at cHRysos HR said, "I have been closely involved in supporting Katie through her programme and I am really proud of her achievement. When we heard at cHRysos HR that Katie had been awarded a distinction, our whole team celebrated her success."
cHRysos HR is able to offer apprenticeship programmes at Level 3 and 5 in Management, Human Resource Management and Learning and Development. Our programmes are flexible and we can provide taught workshops, in-house or one to one delivery.
