Here at Abbott Rose Consulting LTD we are competent in all aspects of CDM from accepting an appointment as the Principal Designer for the project and assisting the client develop the Pre-construction Information (PCI) or working with the Principal Contractor assisting them in developing the Construction Phase Plan for the project.
Previous projects include Wembley Stadium 2006/7 and Olympics 2008/9 and the redevelopment of the Millennium Dome to what is now the O2 Arena, this involved multiple contractors and trades, all working to a strict deadline and managing the Health and Safety on the project.
