Please note this workshop is for businesses who have been trading for under three years, or people who are looking to become self-employed in the Doncaster area.

Yes there are the exciting things in business like making a sale, seeing your blog post at the top of Google giving a great pitch at a meeting and having more time to be with family and friends but there is also those boring repetitive admin and finance tasks that need doing to keep your business ticking along and here you will learn some tips on how to do that?
 
This session will include:
 
Finding out which of the 4 types of people you fall in to when dealing with admin.
Skills needed to be good at admin
Diary Management tips
Policies and procedures that need setting up in your business
Basic book keeping tasks
 
Why should I attend?

Delegates on the course will learn top tips on how to organise themselves better, admin needed in a business, the art of diary management, the basics of book keeping and why it is better to do things as you go along instead of saving everything until the end of the year.
