Why should I attend?
This session will provide insight across the key stages of managing and delivering a bid campaign. It will provide a roadmap for organisations who may be bidding for public sector tenders for the first time, as well as refresher knowledge and best practice insight for those who are more experienced in bid submissions. The masterclass will draw on examples from different sectors, and include a mix of practical exercises as well as group discussions and presentations. All delegates will receive a full slide pack handout and masterclass materials to take away.
