Enrolment is now available for the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF), the Ofqual-accredited qualification for those who manage care and support services for adults in England, and is recognised by Skills For Care as the qualification for Registered Managers.
This 24-day Classroom Delivery takes place in Doncaster DN12 1PL in South Yorkshire, starting on Thursday 12 September 2019, every 2 weeks, with last delivery day being Thursday 15 August 2020.

The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) is the Ofqual-recognised qualification that replaces the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (RQF), which expires on 31 December 2019.
Learners studying the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) qualification develop the skills and knowledge in leadership and management to ensure that services can respond fully to the needs and aspirations of those that use their provision, and are fully compliant with the regulatory requirements. Course delivery will also cover the different key lines of enquiries during CQC inspections and suitable sources of evidence.
Who is this qualification for?
There are 3 main types of regulated care settings in England where Managers will benefit from this qualification
Residential Care - This qualification is suitable for learners who have management responsibility for adults in a residential setting. This means those who manage residential care homes for adults, residential nursing homes for adults, and any other residential setting caring for adults.
Community Care - This qualification is suitable for learners who have management responsibility in a range of non-residential care settings. This means managers of Domiciliary Care Agencies for adults, Day care services for adults, non-residential community-based services including services for people with learning disabilities and substance misuse services.
Health Care - This qualification is suitable for learners who have management responsibility for a health care setting in England that is regulated and inspected by CQC, under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. This means those who manage hospitals regulated and inspected by the CQC in England (both NHS hospitals and independent hospitals), GP surgeries, walk-in centres, out-of-hours services, dentists, ambulances, mental health services, hospices, and any other setting delivering healthcare.
