Sale of goods legislation is covered in detail with an emphasis on how the buyer can ensure that their statutory protection is not diluted by the seller’s Terms of Sale. The course also covers more recent legislation such as the Bribery and Modern Slavery Acts and TUPE.In addition to the course tuition, attendees will receive a 'CPD' certificate as the course is ‘CPD’ accredited. The CPD (Continual Professional Development) organisation assesses courses to ensure the integrity and quality of the training meets their exacting standards and benchmarks. On completion of a CPD certified course, the attendee receives a CPD certificate direct from CPD.
