Doncaster Chamber are delighted to welcome Matthew Willey, Group External Affairs Director at Drax Group to speak at our Doncaster Business Dinner on the Thursday 28th November 2019.
Drax Group businesses operate in three core areas:- power generation & system services, hydro-electric power stations and biomass production and are dedicated to enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.
Drax Power Station is the biggest renewable generator in the UK and the largest decarbonisation project in Europe. Whilst Cruachan Power Station is one of only four pumped hydro storage stations in the UK and has enough capacity to power more than 90,000 homes.
Drax Group maintain a pipeline of projects across all business areas to ensure constant innovation and development of further ways to enable a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.
