Description
Chamber Digital Webinar sessions are NEW for Doncaster Chamber! They will enable you to hear from an expert in their field sharing best practice, knowledge and experience. During this period of uncertainty our aim is to keep businesses moving and talking.
Each session will comprise of 20 minutes from an expert speaker followed by an interactive Q&A where you will be able to ask the expert questions directly. There will be an opportunity to have further discussions with the expert after the session has finished.
Overview:
This session will be hosted by Kurt Lindley from Be More Learning and Development.
Deprivation is often the fuel to creativity. In this session we will explore the solutions people are finding to the challenges of the current situation.
- How COVID-19 is forcing your business to innovate and do things differently?
- How are you managing with a reduced income stream?
- What are the implications but also the benefits of home working?
- What has been the unexpected learning?
The session will begin with a 10-15 minute introduction from your host Kurt Ewald Lindley, Doncaster resident, dad of 1, learning and development practitioner from the performance sports world now exploring business. The sessions will last for no longer than 1hr and always conclude with an invitation to connect via twitter beyond the event (let’s keep the conversation going).
The set up - Interactive webinars are only as good as the contributions from the audience. Therefore we invite you to share your thoughts, ask questions of the facilitator and of other participants on the call. This interactive conversation will lead to shared appreciation, greater understanding and growth within the business community.
Before we talk – Get involved in the conversation via twitter using the relevant hashtag for each of the webinars. Its simple 24hrs before the webinar login to twitter and search for #DNCWebinar and follow the thread. Look out for questions, give your response and review the responses of others. The more active this thread is the better we can make the interaction on the webinar.
After we talk - Again continue the conversation using the dedicated webinar hashtag, connect with participants and speakers. Periodically check in to see if new learning has been shared or insights offered.
For all webinars you are required to make a ZOOM account so you can attend. Please follow the link below to create an account
