Overview:
The global spread of the Coronavirus has made a tremendous impact on every single aspect of our life, e-commerce is not an exception. While most of the traditional stores are being locked down, online businesses have also witnessed the dramatic changes, especially in consumer habits.
Due to the surge in demand, there is a big opportunity for online stores that sell essentials to increase their sales and revenue, and the opposite side is true for ones that do business on the non-essential goods.
This workshop will suggest some useful tips to expand sales for e-stores with high demand, as well as effective solutions for the majority of e-commerce businesses to overcome this critical time and changes in habits of potential consumers.
