Trust and tax planning specialist joins Taylor Bracewell

Forward thinking and innovative Doncaster legal practice Taylor Bracewell is delighted to announce that Emilda Eaton has joined its personal law department.   Emilda is well known in the Yorkshire region for her specialist trust and tax planning skills having recently left her position as a partner and head of the probate department she built at HLW.


Qualifying as a solicitor in 1993, 43 year old Emilda has spent the last 19 years building up an impressive specialism in probate law and dealing with high net worth individuals and now specialises in trusts and tax planning.  As a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ (STEP), Emilda’s expertise as a trust and estate practitioner is assured.  STEP is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues: its members are subject to a rigorous code of professional conduct and are the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.

When not in the office, Emilda has had a range of different guises from associate lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, school governor, honorary secretary and treasurer of Sheffield District Law Society and editor of the Sheffield District Law Society Bulletin.  She can also often be seen at the side of a cricket pitch supporting her 13 year old son who already has the English sporting bug!
