Travail scoop three awards at our annual UK awards dinner

Our local Travail network scooped three awards at our annual UK awards dinner on Saturday 28th January 2012. The awards we won were Consultant of the year, Branch Manager of the year and we were also in the top ten group of companies with the highest turnover for the year – these awards really do make all of the hard work last year very worthwhile!

With Nicky Embleton from our Doncaster branch winning the coveted prize for Branch Manager of the year 2011, our Doncaster branch really did have cause to celebrate. Beating off  32 Managers from our UK Wide branches she was awarded the prize for many reasons not least her passion for recruitment, an insurmountable commitment to Travail and a focused team ethic that has seen her branch continue to grow year on year.

In a recession led market, Nicky managed to push her branch to achieve a 22 % growth in the year. As a hands on Manager who runs a thriving Tech Exec desk, Nicky’s drive and determination means her branch should continue to climb and achieve results well into 2012.

Nicky began life with Travail as a consultant and soon worked hard to establish herself as a manager in our Doncaster branch. Nicky has a solid work ethic, taking zero sick days and always appearing cheerful and focused.  Her commitment to Travail is unquestionable and it is a delight that she won this award both for herself and her team.
