Togel apprentice programme welcomes new starters

Ten young people have taken their first steps into employment as they start apprenticeships with Togel Contractors.

The new employees will become qualified in either Joinery, Bricklaying, Decorating, Plumbing, Electrical or Quantity Surveying by the end of their apprentice programme.
Jordan Ratcliffe, Bench Joiner apprentice said “I am very pleased that I have secured this position. I have the opportunity not only to become a qualified Bench Joiner learning both traditional and modern techniques, but also make some amazing joinery items. We recently made a really modern designer reception counter and I am very proud to have been involved in making it.”

Robert Leggott, Managing Director added “We are very proud that in this climate we have been able to offer so many apprentice positions, made possible due to our healthy workload. As a company we have had a 25 year tradition of directly employing trades in-house and providing training to the highest of standards. We recognise that this is one of the keys to our success, resulting in high quality projects and repeat business. Our apprentice programme is part of our strategy to ensure we continue to provide this quality service now and into the future.”

Togel is hoping to be taking on more apprentices in the future.
