Sky’s no limit for Premier Storage & Office Solutions

From humble beginnings in a bedroom in his home, Mark Jepson’s business, Premier Storage and Office Solutions – which provides a bespoke design and build service and a web site where a business can buy anything from mop to a mezzanine floor – has soared. He first moved his growing business, which has seen annual turnover rise from £40,000 to around £1 million in just 4 years, to premises at West Moor Park, Armthorpe.

Now, needing to house the equipment, product and staff required to meet growing customer demand, Mark has moved to premises in the prestigious Sky Business Park at Doncaster Airport, taking on 5 times more space in a 5000 square meter unit with warehouse, office and reception area.

Mark says “We had really outgrown our old premises.  Customers are asking for more and more products and often can’t wait, so we needed to become more flexible with space to stock office furniture and racking so that our customers can get hold of them straight away.  We’ve also started providing heating and lighting solutions, so we need the space to deal with that too.  We are really excited about the move, not only can we serve our customers’ needs better now but I also am very keen to continue to grow and so it allows us to take advantage of opportunities that arise.”

Mark leases the premises at the moment but is hoping to take up an option to buy as he wants to spread his wings further.  By Christmas his new all singing, all dancing web site will be up and running and Mark is expecting to double his on line turnover.  He is looking to take on extra staff to keep the web site at the cutting edge, making sure it meets his customers’ requirements. He also plans to extend his office space upwards, providing more glass fronted offices overlooking the airport and a staff rest room.

Sticking to his policy of buying local where possible, Doncaster removal firm ‘Have a Nice Day’ helped Mark and his staff and family move the whole business in just a couple of days, and whilst Mark has worked relentlessly for the last 5 weeks to get everything completely ship shape, the landing seems to have been a smooth one.
