A Doncaster law firm is set to strengthen its position as one of the areas largest clinical negligence practices.
Atherton Godfrey, which is based in the town centre, has announced that one of their senior associate solicitors will become a partner of the firm in the autumn.
Christopher Noble, who heads Atherton Godfrey’s Clinical Negligence Team, will join the firms other seven partners from 1 October 2011.
Senior partner and founder of the firm, Charles Godfrey said: “We are delighted to announce that Christopher is to become a partner.
“He will also continue to head our growing clinical negligence practice, for which we are gaining a strong regional reputation.”
Having dealt with a wide range of Clinical Negligence claims, Christopher specialises in Clinical Negligence litigation on behalf of both adults and children. He has dealt with high value cases for clients who have suffered after being wrongly diagnosed or treated or who have suffered birth injuries.
Christopher said: “I am very proud to be a part of such a successful practice. Our Clinical Negligence Team has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the largest in the area. “
A further accolade for Christopher is that he is one of the firms three individual solicitors who are members of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme. He is also a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) with accredited status as a Senior Litigator.
