Opportunity to participate in HSE fully-funded joint health and safety representatives and managers workshops

HSE are funding 100% of the cost for organisations to participate in joint health & safety representative and line manager workshops at various locations around the country.

The one day workshops are designed to help organisations: 
- develop greater awareness on the benefits of a collaborative approach to health and safety
- improve ‘dialogue culture’ within organisations
- increase awareness, understanding and knowledge of specific health and safety issues
- identify organisational barriers and enablers to good consultation and involvement and identify best practice to aide improvements
- produce sustainable action plans for continued improvement

Workshops can be delivered on a topic specific, sector specific or regional specific basis, and are open to any size of organisation, from any sector, who have an identified need to improve their health and safety consultation arrangements. Interactive in nature, workshops are to be run with a minimum of two participating organisations to ensure a degree of shared best practice.
