Ocurem launch modular Tender Training

Modular training approach uses bite sized sessions to help companies improve their tendering skills.


Doncaster based Ocurem Ltd has launched a modular training package designed to help companies become better at winning tenders for their business.

The courses are open courses that anyone can attend and will be run at various locations in the Doncaster  and Sheffield region.  The course consists of five bite sized modules of two and a half hours length each which in total, cover all the important elements of the tendering cycle.

Ocurem’s approach means that the training can be fit into busy schedules and delivers real value by using the classroom time to maximum advantage and by using real life examples as exercises.  The courses are the latest in a range of offerings from Ocurem which also include traditional classroom based training and e-learning programmes.

Head of Procurement Practice Jenny Beech is enthusiastic about the courses.  “With more and more private and public sector contracts being formally tendered, it is vital for companies to be able to navigate their way around the process.  However, busy schedules do not always allow the luxury of days at a time out of the office to attend training.  Ocurem recognise this and keep classroom time to a minimum whilst building in real life case studies so that the learning’s are relevant”.
