This month we will be focusing on lung health
• What is your lung capacity? Our Physiologist will measure your lung function and explain the results to you
• What is your lung age? Our test compares your lung capacity to the value expected for your age
• How can you improve your lung capacity? Our fitness team will show you breathing exercises to improve lung function

This event provides a great insight into lung health. When it comes to getting you healthier, nobody is more committed than us.
