New Era Secures Contract with Global Leisure Giants Merlin

New Era Aquaculture Ltd, the aquatic specialists in South Yorkshire who formulate innovative feeding strategies for both marine and tropical fishes across the globe, has secured a lucrative deal with Merlin Entertainments Group to supply all thirty SeaLife Centres across Europe over the next three years. SeaLife Centres, which are part of Merlin Entertainments Group, the second largest entertainment company in the world after Disney, has secured the contract having been successfully working with New Era Aquaculture for over a year trialling the product ranges for both native and Tropical Marine species.
 
Merlin, the global leisure giants, has been fantastically impressed with New Era’s advanced nutrition and technical strategies which include flakes, pellets and sprays. The moist pellets allow feeding of the smallest species up to and including Blacktip Sharks, which have been feeding very positively at both Hunstanton and Great Yarmouth SeaLife Centres. Mike Stephenson, Senior Manager Displays Development Europe, added “In addition to the fish health and operational time savings realized by this feed, overall, the use of this exceptional product will generate substantial savings for Merlin”.
