Local HR company offers People Management Training

cHRysos HR Solutions Ltd are offering an accredited training course that will help local businesses to manage their people effectively.  The Certificate in Human Resource Management, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, is ideal for small businesses that need an understanding of the law and best practice in managing people, as well as being appropriate for larger organisations looking for a suitable qualification for HR staff.  The course takes a practical approach and includes subjects such as performance management, employment law and managing change.
The 8-month programme will begin on 10th October 2011 with a one-day or two-day workshop each month, from 9am to 4pm.  It is designed to minimise time taken away from the workplace for learning.  Lunch and refreshments are provided at each workshop.
