At last month’s Hot Ticket event ‘how to make your next speech or presentation – naked’ attendees were startled to discover that adults listening to a speech change buttocks every 12 minutes. At November’s Hot Ticket Master Class David Watkins from Pink Elephant Training promises to show us a worse web site than the one voted the world’s worst.

Brush up your web site is an evening devoted to discovering what it takes to attract customers to your web site, persuade them to stay and encourage them to come back and includes a 90 minute keynote presentation packed with good ideas, hints, tips and shortcuts and loads of examples of the good, the bad and the ugly followed by a 60 minute self help group session.

November’s Hot Ticket Master Class is from 6pm – 9pm on Monday 14 November in Doncaster – venue to be confirmed and / or Monday 21 November @the Sheffield Showroom and will show you how to improve your customer’s web experience with some simple tweaks and updates.

You will also learn the importance (and how) of analysing your customer visits, understand how search engine optimisation works – in your favour and discover how to set up a web presence at no or little direct cost.

The Master Class will also demonstrate the importance of optimising your web site for SMART technology such as mobile phones and i-pad etc plus how to set up a micro web site within Facebook.

Hot Tickets cost £20 each including an action plan handout, refreshments, follow on help and support and a £50 voucher (giving a third off) towards future business skill coaching. However, members of the Chamber can claim a FREE SECOND TICKET for every ticket bought.
