HSR Law awarded Chamber Memorandum and Articles of Association contract

Doncaster Chamber’s Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) have remained largely unchanged for some years so in order for them to reflect more accurately the current and future operating models and the aspirations of its Directors we submitted a tender for a Commercial Law firm to re-write these.

We are pleased to announce that HSR Law have been successful in tendering for this business opportunity.
