Help vote the UK's headline-generating, award winning Yorkshire Wildlife Park, the county's most magnificent attraction.

Polling has now opened in the race to become Yorkshire's top rated attraction - and we need your help to make the country's finest the winner.

Yorkshire Wildlife Park is the area's fastest growing and most popular attraction - only two years after opening YWP, which champions local Yorkshire produce and suppliers, has attracted nearly 500,000 visitors.

Families enjoy a fantastic day out at the park, which prides itself on conservation and helping protect endangered animals including Amur tiger, leopard and Painted Hunting dog and many other species.

In fact, in a recent survey 100 per cent of visitors said they would not only recommend YWP but they will also return.

Meanwhile, Yorkshire Wildlife Park’s rescue of 13 Romanian lions generated headlines for Yorkshire around the globe.

The award-winning park, which works with local schools and communities to champion conservation and protect Yorkshire for the future,already spends £600,000 a year locally and wants to keep on growing.

YWP Director Cheryl Williams said: "We have had such support and great feedback from visitors since we opened Yorkshire Wildlife Park and I hope they will all vote us to be ‘Yorkshire’s Most Magnificent Attraction’ – with 13 lions we can’t be anything but magnificent!

"We work tirelessly for wildlife conservation and welfare and by visiting us our visitors are supporting these aims – we hope that in return we give them a great day out and the opportunity to enter the world of some of the most beautiful and endangered animals in the world.

“We want to raise the profile of Doncaster and Yorkshire nationally so please vote for us!"
