GRANT THORNTON SPECIALIST JOINS IKARA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS TO STRENGTHEN IMPLEMENTATION TEAM

The rapid expansion plans of back office accounting and administration services provider, ikara Business Solutions are progressing following the appointment of Tim Baum-Dixon as their new Implementation Manager.

Tim qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant in 2009 and prior to joining ikara worked in the business advisory division of Grant Thornton in Leeds. For the last six years he has specialised in corporate recovery and re-organisation.

His role with ikara Business Solutions will be to use his broad based business advisory expertise to help ikara clients realise the full potential of their decision to outsource. He will assist with the development of internal accounting systems and processes which reduce cost, save time, and improve cash-flow.

ikara Business Solutions was launched in 2010 to provide outsourced accounting and back office accounting solutions that include; online management accounting, cash flow, purchase ledger, supplier, creditor, billing, HR and payroll solutions.

The company is based in Barlborough South Yorkshire and currently employs 15 people. Tim’s appointment is the first of several new appointments planned over the next two years.
