Gallery12a Artist accepted for prestigious Thread Needle Prize at The Mall Gallery London

One of the artists whose work is now on show at Gallery12a is Janet Buckle. Janet’s work has been accepted for ’The Thread needle prize’ in The Mall Gallery in London. Out of 1000 entries only 46 were selected, so it is an honour to have Janet’s work on show at Gallery 12a. Amongst her subjects are ‘Images of Coal’, fruit and landscape.

Graham Firth is amusing us all again with his observations of Doncaster life.  Graham has recently sold several of his lino prints in his own exhibition at Doncaster Museum & Art Gallery. Also on show at Gallery12a is the photographic work of father and son Rod and Alistair Gunn. Alistair’s work beautifully captures the movement of traffic in London, while his father rod focuses on aviation and quirky views of New York.

The exhibition will be on until July 23rd.

Gallery12a is on South Parade Doncaster next to the Salutation pub.
It is open Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
