Exciting sponsorship deal secured for Robinsons of Bawtry

Robinsons of Bawtry, the premier designer boutique located in the picturesque market town of Bawtry, extended a warm welcome to its most unusual customers ever – two ponies from The Vale of York Polo Club!

The ponies visited, together with club owner Paul Piddington, to celebrate an exciting sponsorship deal that has been formed between the two businesses.

The sponsorship deal sees the Robinsons team play their first local match at Doncaster Racecourse on Sunday 13th June where they will be wearing the distinctive pink Robinsons team shirts although their inaugural match is at The Yorkshire Game Fair at Harewood House on Sunday 30th and Monday 31st May.

“This sponsorship is a great opportunity for us to show our support to the wider local business community,” commented Russell Jones co-proprietor Robinsons of Bawtry. “The Vale of York Polo Club has brought polo to Doncaster and they work hard to raise the profile of the sport. By becoming involved we can help integrate polo into the sporting and social calendar.”

If you are a polo fan why not call into Robinsons and purchase the original Polo shirt, designed by Ralph Lauren which forms part of the Polo by Ralph Lauren label available for men and women at the Boutique. This is just one designer brand from their portfolio which also includes Bernshaw, Paul Smith, Hugo Boss, Vivienne Westwood and Mulberry.

Other matches for the Robinsons team include a match at Doncaster Racecourse on Friday 10th September during the town’s famous St Leger Festival of which Robinsons are great supporters.
