The purpose of this briefing is to identify the arsenal of weapons available to an Insolvency Practitioner to wage war on directors of failed companies and provide practical advice as to how you might protect your unwitting clients and avoid expensive litigation.

Our seminar will commence at 8am in the Directors Suite within Keepmoat Stadium, where breakfast, tea and coffee will be served till 8.30am. The seminar will last no longer than an hour.
