The P&A Partnership Present –A Free Breakfast Seminar at The Keepmoat Stadium, Doncaster on 23rd May 2011
“GAME KEEPER TURNED POACHER – PROTECTING YOUR CLIENT”
Limited company status is an immensely useful vehicle for enterprise as it isolates shareholders and directors from personal liability. As a general rule no-one is liable for a company’s debts other than the company itself. Inevitably this provides massive opportunity for abuse and therefore insolvency legislation incorporates safeguards to lift the corporate veil to make financial recoveries from wrong doers.
The purpose of this briefing is to identify the arsenal of weapons available to an Insolvency Practitioner to wage war on directors of failed companies and provide practical advice as to how you might protect your unwitting clients and avoid expensive litigation.
Our seminar will commence at 8am in the Directors Suite within Keepmoat Stadium, where breakfast, tea and coffee will be served till 8.30am. The seminar will last no longer than an hour.
Please confirm your attendance by email to SarahQuinn@thepandapartnership.com or alternatively please call direct on 0114 275 5033. Please also feel free to register any colleague/s who you feel may find this seminar beneficial.
