Success Doncaster is a unique and exciting programme run by Doncaster Council working collaboratively with the public, private, voluntary and community sector across the borough.

It is the brand name for Doncaster Council’s Work Skills and Enterprise Programme which offers our businesses, communities and individuals support to develop their employment, skills and enterprise potential. A diverse range of specialist providers have been contracted to deliver bespoke initiatives tailored to the needs of residents and employers.

The programme is designed to offer a wide range of confidential support, advice and guidance to help you move back into work, gain a better job, improve your skills, start your own business or assist your existing business to develop and grow. We focus our work on engaging and inspiring local people to believe they can fulfil their dreams.

Whether you’re in business, thinking of starting a business, contemplating retraining or up-skilling we may be able to help and at no cost to you.

- Skills and training

We also offer:
- Debt counselling, loan fund support and financial health checks
- Help in finding suitable employment
- Support in our schools and colleges to encourage enterprise and entrepreneurial activity amongst young people
- A service to attract aviation related inward investment to Robin Hood Airport and it’s business park and help to create new supply chains for local companies
