Doncaster Chamber members have access to a range of opportunities to raise the profile and increase awareness of your business.

‘Chamber Update’ Ebulletin – Advertising Opportunity
Each Thursday afternoon, Chamber Members are sent the ‘Chamber Update’, this includes business news, forthcoming events, information relevant to Doncaster businesses and Member advertising. 

This is an advertising tool available to Doncaster Chamber Members who are looking to target a business-to-business market.

Distributed to c. 2500 individual email addresses of Doncaster Chamber Members. Our database is cleansed daily through our Customer Care programme.

Emailed each Thursday afternoon (with the exception of Bank Holidays)

The ONLY way to email Doncaster Chamber Members directly

Your advert will include:
- Company name and logo/image
- 150 word description
- Contact details
- Hyperlink to your website or a customised page on the Doncaster Chamber website for one week 
- Cost: £300 + VAT (Member rate) to advertise in one ebulletin, £500 + VAT to non-Members. 
- Discounts are available for adverts in multiple ebulletins.

Member Mailings
If you have a letter, piece of promotional literature or a sales brochure you would like to post directly to businesses, Doncaster Chamber can manage that process for you.

All you need to provide is the item you would like to be mailed; the Chamber will do the rest. We can also segment our database by company size, sector or geographical location if you wish to target a specific market.

Postage costs will vary depending on the size and weight of item that you would like to send, therefore a bespoke price will be provided.

Homepage Banner Advert
- Located on the homepage of the Doncaster Chamber website.
- Average click through rate = 114 per month.
- Banner advert will rotate within a series of adverts, maximum 10 banner adverts available at any one time.
- Each advert will link to a list of advertisers and you will have a dedicated page on the Doncaster Chamber Website to feature information about your business, promote any special offers and hyperlink back to your website.
- Advert artwork can be changed monthly (prior notice needed).
- Artwork to be supplied in JPEG/GIF/PNG format, 470px wide x 70px high.
- 3 month minimum contract.
- Cost: £125 + VAT (Member rate) for a three month term, £300 + VAT to non-Members.
- Discounts are available for 6 and 12 month contracts.

Fourth most popular page on the Doncaster Chamber website, 746 page views per month.

A great opportunity to showcase your business and update Chamber Members on your business news.

Increase your website search engine rankings by adding a hyperlink from your news story back to your website

Members Directory
The Doncaster Chamber Online Members’ Directory lists all current Chamber Members and also identifies Members that are offering a Member-to-Member discount.

As a Member you will receive:
- A FREE listing in the Doncaster Chamber Online Members’ Directory
- The ability to personalise and update your business description and details in the directory

Log-in to the Members Area of the Doncaster Chamber website to update your business details in the Directory, including your FREE 150 word business description.

Member to Member Discount/Chamber Connect
The Chamber Connect card is a benefits card exclusive to Members of local participating accredited Chambers of Commerce and is a valuable addition to Doncaster Chamber Membership.

From shops, restaurants and bars to gyms, pampering packages, and hotels, you can use this handy little card with great businesses across throughout the UK.
Offering a Chamber Member discount is a great way to promote your business – the details of your discount will be added to your business profile in the online Members Directory. Members are able to sort the Members Directory to list companies who offer a discount.

How to add details of a discount:

‘Member of Doncaster Chamber’ Logo
Use the ‘Member of Doncaster Chamber’ on your promotional material, website and stationery to show that you are part of a network of other Chamber Members.

Member of Doncaster Chamber Certificate
Display your Member Certificate in your workplace to show that you are a Member of Doncaster Chamber. You will receive your certificate when you join membership and will be issued with an up-to-date version each year you renew your membership.
