E-Cert

E-cert is an online certification service; it allows you to apply electronically for EC and Arab Certificates of Origin directly from your PC (as long as it is connected to the Internet).

E-cert allows exporters to apply for a Certificate of Origin online, Doncaster Chamber can then check, approve and stamp the Certificate electronically and send it directly back to you to print off…simple!

An easy 5 step process will be required to obtain your e-Cert eXpress
1. Contact your Doncaster Chamber, who will give you all necessary information and give you a password for the application (01302 640164).
2. Log on to your Chamber E-cert website from your PC and complete your application online, and allocate a CofO number from the original Certificate of Origin. 
3. Submit your application form to the Chamber.
4. A member of the Chamber's export documentation team checks and approves and electronically stamps your application, which is returned to you for you to print out on the Certificate of Origin.
5. You access the document by typing in the CofO number from the original document, located at the top of the form.
