Judging the award, Sandra Spall of Oracle said: "It was an honour to judge the Customer Service Award. The companies shortlisted were all winners in their own right, making our decision on an overall winner a very difficult task.

It was a pleasure to visit all the companies premises to experience, first hand, their own unique qualities.
