Construction Care provides a complete medical service to the construction industry in the UK. Caroline Mcleod, RGN Nebosh, owner and Managing Director of the company established the business in 2005. It has fulfilled a long awaited demand within the construction industry and the company has gone from strength to strength.

Caroline has developed an innovative and unique business that has taken her on an incredible journey.

Caroline's business concept was created following a day in an empty medical room, on a very busy construction site. It became obvious to Caroline that the construction workers only visited her when they were injured. Caroline decided she would take the healthcare to them by introducing; health checks, cholesterol and diabetes testing, chiropody, physiotherapy, smoking cessation and dental care. Construction Care now has sixteen sites throughout the UK and continues to expand.
