Whether you need an effective absence and risk management tool or a valuable employee benefit, the Chamber Plan has been designed to meet the needs of the employer as well as providing the health benefits most popular with employees.
From as little as £1.10 per employee, per week Chamber members can provide their employees with cash benefits towards routine healthcare such as new glasses or contact lenses, dental treatment, therapy treatments and consultations. The Plan also includes access to diagnostic scanning facilities (MRI, CT and PET), an Employee Assistance Programme, fitness and well-being services and personal accident cover.
For just an extra 15p per employee, per week, you can opt to cover your employees’ dependent children. After all, healthy kids mean happy and productive staff.
The Chamber Plan is only available as an employer-paid plan, with options for voluntary upgrades and partner cover via payroll deduction.
