RETAIN TO GAIN
Free training is available for large employers in the Doncaster region from Acas - supporting employers in managing newly recruited staff who may need more time and effort spent on them, in order that they can retain the job and move forward.
The programme is called Retain to Gain and would suit those employers who recruit to entry-level or unskilled jobs. Each company that signs up receives a diagnosis meeting, 2 free days training from Acas for managers and supervisors, plus a follow up meeting to check on progress.
The training would feature absence management, discipline, handling difficult conversations and awareness of issues that may effect employee behaviour.
