Vehicle body repairer Pro Panel is branching out to give customers a greater range of accident repair services.
The Doncaster-based firm, which has been established for 28 years, is now offering a manned 24-hour accident helpline, car hire and access to legal services, in addition to its existing services.
Pro Panel’s exciting expansion plans are a stark contrast to the economic downturn the UK is currently experiencing.
Pro Panel’s managing director Dean Hutchinson explained that the customer-friendly features are designed to make it easier than ever to get back on the road after a road traffic accident.
The forward-thinking company has joined the U&I network, a sustainable scheme created by north-west firm Call Zebra, which assists bodyshops striving to deliver a swifter, more comprehensive range of accident repair services, and reduce the time spent on administration.
Dean Hutchinson, managing director of Pro Panel, revealed: “Customer service is, and always has been, paramount to us and our business development team are constantly looking for ways for us to strengthen our quality services.
“The UK market may be bleak, but here at Pro Panel we are offering customers a greater range of services that ever before.”
